Police on Tuesday identified an Oklahoma City man arrested after officers found an explosive device in his vehicle on Monday.
Spencer Colin Griffith, 28, was being held Tuesday evening in the Oklahoma County jail on complaints of manufacturing an explosive device, burglary, assault and battery, possession of burglary tools and indecent exposure, jail records show.
On Monday afternoon, officers went to The Cottage Apartments, in the 1200 block of W Hefner Road, to investigate a report of a man seen at the complex several times recently.
